		<description>Hi again, Ian!  You&#039;ll obviously need to wait until the peppers are fully ripe.  Then, I like to cut them out, separate the seeds and put them on a paper plate for a day or two to dry out.

Then I just put them in an envelope, label them, and store them in a cool dry place.

Please use them within a year; two at the most.  Pepper seeds aren&#039;t viable as long as, for example, tomato seeds are.</description>
